Inuverse Executes Land Purchase Agreement with Daegu University for the AI Daegu Data Center (AIDDC)
AIDDC Officially Transitions from Planning to Execution Phase
IInuverse announced on January 2, 2026, it executed a land purchase agreement with Daegu University for the development of the AI Daegu Data Center (AIDDC).
Through this agreement, Inuverse has officially secured the core project site, marking AIDDC’s transition into a full-scale execution phase.

Under the agreement, Inuverse will acquire six land parcels totaling approximately 102,532 square meters, located in Namseong-ri, Geumho-eup, Yeongcheon-si, Gyeongsangbuk-do. The site will be dedicated exclusively to the construction and operation of the AI Daegu Data Center (AIDDC), with regulatory approvals to be pursued under the designation of a broadcasting and telecommunications facility (data center).
This transaction represents more than a conventional land acquisition. It is a purpose-driven agreement explicitly structured around AI data center development. The contract clearly defines the construction and operation of AIDDC as its primary objective and includes key cooperation provisions related to permitting, access road development, and potential future expansion. These provisions establish a framework that materially reduces execution, continuity, and scalability risks typically associated with large-scale digital infrastructure projects.
Following the execution of the land purchase agreement, Inuverse will proceed with the next phases of the AIDDC project, including:
- Initiation of regulatory and permitting procedures
- Coordination of power and telecommunications infrastructure
- Detailed planning across design, construction, and operations
- Ongoing engagement with strategic investors and anchor tenants, both domestic and international
A company representative stated, “This agreement confirms that AIDDC has moved beyond concept and planning into a clear execution phase. We will continue to advance key milestones, including permitting, design finalization, and capital formation, in a disciplined and timely manner.”
Through the AI Daegu Data Center (AIDDC), Inuverse aims to develop a large-scale, AI-focused hyperscale data center infrastructure in Korea, while strengthening its long-term position as a core digital infrastructure platform aligned with global technology partners.
